Tim is dedicated in providing a framework for tying together all the different smart city projects in Leuven and advancing the city in their use of IoT, data technology and insights.

Frank is an experienced ICT leader with a focus on people and change management and a passion for new technologies. He is also member of the Advisory Board of CIONET and active as Board Member in different “Maatwerkbedrijven”.
