Thomas Baerten is an expert in digital communication at the city of Bilzen. He is mainly engaged in images, both photo and video. At the city of Bilzen we try to stimulate and inform citizens with images. In addition, we try to make everything as user-friendly as possible for the citizen.
Gregory is a customer experience enthusiast with a passion for digital. As a Digital Experience Manager at SNCB, he is focused on offering the best digital solutions to his customers. SNCB is currently going through a massive digital transformation with its new website, a new upcoming app and many more digital innovations.
Stefan has experience both in large corporates and start-up environment. Today he is focussed on the digital transformation of SNCB. We need to know our customers, reach them personally and serve them individually via different digitals ways. Innovation is key to break rules, move faster and engage our customers.
Frank started his career in the banking sector (BACOB, Artesia and Dexia) where he was active for 20 years in different leading functions in ICT and business. In 2003 he became Director ICT at FOD Economie, where he was also responsible for the Crossroadbank of Enterprises. In 2016 he became CIO of Eandis and moved in January 2018 as CEO to Atrias. Frank is an experienced ICT leader with a focus on people and change management and a passion for new technologies. He is also member of the Advisory Board of CIONET and active as Board Member in different “Maatwerkbedrijven”.
